Absolutely embarrassing (for LM) Space interview

I referred a highly qualified candidate for a position and he made it to the interview only for the manager to ghost him and a guy from the hiring team show up 15 min late, without any idea what the req was and without the candidate’s resume. The interviewer had to ask him for the req and resume after he finally signed on, and the interview consisted of him reading through the req description to the candidate line by line and having zero idea what the role would be. I understand things happen if the manager had to be OOO but that was an absolute shit shoe and reflects poorly on LM. The recruiter did not have any answers for this debacle except a “let me investigate” response to the candidate, who has no idea wtf happened. I’ve been with two other BAs and never saw such unprofessional recruitment, for a level 5 TS cleared position too (not that it should be unprofessional for a Lvl 1 either). Is this how Space does things now or is that typical for outside hires?
