The event in Heim/CODA 2 for Warren recruitment doesn't trigger

Guys, I did the princess ending, cleared PotD on chapter 4, I have Mirdyn, Canopus e any other character that might be need and I read The King of Brigantys in the report, but the cutsecene in Heim simple doesn't trigger. I have absolutly no idea where I might have done something wrong. I also have the weapons for Blackmoor and already defeated him, in case this imformation matters.

Can anyone have any idea of what is missing? Or have any tip at all?
I would really apreciate some help because I'm completly lost.
