Why do some people think Suo is a woman dressed as a man?

Why do some people think Suo is a woman dressed as a man? Personally, I don't see any evidence that makes sense or allows us to make this hypothesis plausible. Furthermore, the fact that Suo's Japanese voice actor is a man reinforces the idea that he is biologically male. I'm just a little confused 😅
