I've been out of town for almost 3 months. Why have the Steam reviews dropped to Mixed?

I left a few days before the "Hive Scum" release, and I came back yesterday to find that the reviews dropped. It's a shame, because they had improved since release. Does it have anything to do with the new class, or did something else happen?
