Turtle Beach 700 Gen 3 for Xbox Series X stopped letting me chat with teammates! It was working fine and then I could only hear teammates..

I’m playing on an Xbox Series X and I bought the Turtle Beach 700 Gen 3…it was working for three months fine and now it won’t show that I’m communicating with teammates on Battlefield 6, although I can hear the game and my teammates fine. Any solutions out there would be appreciated.
