New seller here need advice

Im new selling here and i am exchanging offers with a seller on one of my items.. i havent accepter his last counter offer and now he commented on another of my items that hes interested in .. that buyer never sell nothing on posh and has not much info about him on his page... is it risky to sell to someone like that? Is this a suspicious behavior or its totally normal? Im new here so i have no clue thats why i am asking :) tia
