Can you still recruit both Minthara and Halsin?

I'm playing my first durge run and this is my first time sparing Minthara after knocking her out in the goblin camp and I'm planning to romance Halsin after his quest line. I've read posts that you can both recruit Minthara and Halsin at the same run but those posts were last year and I'm not sure if it's patched or not (I'm not much familiar with updates cause I've only been playing bg3 for a month).
