Gyokuyou and Gyokuen

Does Gyokuyou know for sure that Gyokuen isn’t her biological father? I wasn’t quite sure…

Gyoku-ou knows that Gyokuen isn’t his biological father, which is why he destroys the Yi clan.

Gyokuyou feels that Gyokuen’s love for his is conditional, and that he’ll stop loving her if she no longer holds any value for him. An example is the worry she has when her niece Yaqin, the adopted daughter of Gyoku-ou, gets sent to the Rear Palace.

And then she is also aware of the destruction of the Yi Clan, because Rikuson and his three younger cousins took refuge in her mother’s house. But I wasn’t sure if she actually understood why Gyoku-ou destroyed the Yi clan.

For me, it does appear to be ambiguous…
