help!!!!!

i got my ears pierced in 2015 and i think i changed the earrings too soon so they never healed. i ended up not wearing earrings and for the past 10 years the holes get swollen and pus comes out. my right lobe has been fine since being on penicillin last year but the right one still swells up and leaks pus, i’m not sure what else i can do and i would like to be able to wear earrings again.
