Just checked my calendar and turns out I haven't fapped in 5 months! AMA

Title. I wasn't sure how far I've got because I stopped counting after the first few weeks, but I found a journal entry from November 14th marks the day as a monthly checkpoint! This is the first time as an adult that I have been clean for over one month. And I didn't even try anything bizarre this time (like selling all my electronic devices or getting into some sort of camp) which I did in previous attempts and didn't work out.
