My mom has taken my phone for 3 years

It's been 3 years since my phone has been gone. The reason it's gone is because I downloaded social media which was my fault. I still don't have it, my mom is so critical of me. Ive prayed, deepened my relationship with God matured, and yet I still am treated like a 9 year old, my friends asked me to role-play with them but I didn't have my phone, and it hurt , truly it did. I was even accused of being on my email account in the morning think 2 am. Which I wasn't I was sleep, and my devices were in her room and she knew it and still caused me now my email account is monitored, it really hurts that I still don't have it after ive changed worked so hard and was patient I am about to drive, lemme guess I can't get a car? Oh wait, she is too critical and judgmental! And by the way I am never getting my phone back. I just need help
