Feelings of guilt

I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and have been taking progesterone and baby aspirin due to having two consecutive early losses before this pregnancy. Lately, I feel so guilty for having to take these medications. I feel like I’m hurting my child and their development. I know this probably sounds ridiculous but the guilt is real. I could really use some positive stories from people who also have a similar story to me. It’s hard to not compare yourself to others that didn’t have to take anything during pregnancy
