Is agricultural land a good investment opportunity in Pakistan?

Context I live in the uk but I own 13.5 Killa zameen. Is it worth me adding more land to take it around 24,25 killas. What’s the return of investment if you bought 10 killa land for 3 crores? What crops return how much ? Does anyone have experience farming and what’s average profit all said and done per killa per year?
