Reward Flight rant

LHR -> Tokyo Haneda. Got my companion voucher, plenty of Avios. I did all the research, took all the advice, rang the US call centre ahead of midnight, they refused to build my booking, was logged into laptop at the same time, got all the way to payment stage and was booted out. It’s harder than getting Glastonbury tickets!!

And now I go again tomorrow at midnight… sigh… it’s been exhausting!
