9pro will not charge on a fast charger anymore - anything to try before sending it off?

When using a fast charger with a C to C cable, this phone just rapidly switches between charging and not charging so it just constantly vibrates.

Tried multiple good cables and no different. Just got a brand new ugreen plug and cable. Same thing. Tested it with an iPhone and it works perfectly.

It does however charge fine on an old Samsung brick with an A to C cable albeit quite slowly. Wireless charging works fine too.

Fully updated it and still not working.

I believe it's still under warranty so hopefully can be repaired/replaced if it's simply broken but obviously I'd have to send it off for some time which I'd rather not do if I don't have to.
