How can I find a remote job?

I have been trying to find a remote job for a over a year now....

I think I have very good resume, I've worked at only the top companies in my industry and cutting edge startups, with over 12 years of expereinces. Ivy League graduate. Really good references from my previous employers... Cannot find a remote job. literally impossible.....

I am very skilled in what I do, and i've been picking up many new skills over the last year but still. every interview I have i dont get the next interview, everyone tells me im definitely qualified but ask me if I really wnat the job.....

I dont know what's wrong, and whats going on with me that people think that I am not really looking for a job???? Sometimes I think it's the world telling me that I should start something myself but starting myself really isn't the lifestyle I want...

I dont know what to do..............Every job I apply on linked in has like 1000+ applicants... seriously why does anyone still apply on linked in. it's totally destroying the market. Does anyone still even read the job descriptions? Linked in totally destroyed the job market, people just use it as social media now....... I work 9-8 everyday sometimes 9-10, I still have to social media to get a remote job!!!! please!

Can someone help me find a remote job? Which job board do you guys use, or recruiter, or who should I talk to? I work in a semi-technical field, with a lot of expereince being the middle manager.
