Trying to figure out what gender I might be—thoughts?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how I experience gender, and honestly… I’m not really sure where I fit.

I’ve tried looking it up and found a few interesting labels that resonate in parts, like

Mutogender,

Protean Gender,

Gender Apathetic,

Genderfluid

…or even

Agender

— but none of them feel like a perfect match, although a few do feel like a partial one.

Some context about me: I honestly couldn’t care less about being fixed in one gender, and If I could, I would honestly love to have the ability to shapeshift fully (like various mythological gods/goddesses/giants/deities/etc of varying religions).

That would mean shifting back and forth between male and female, turning into wind, animals, pure light… basically embodying whatever form or energy I feel like in the moment.

Sometimes I want to show up like a gothic Magnus Bane, or Megamind, and make a huge dramatic entrance, be the gayest gay to ever have gayed, and other times, I prefer to blend in or do something completely inverse.

Basically, I’m drawn to fluidity, transformation, and play, and I enjoy trolling or subverting expectations in the process.

I think a lot of the time people get way too into their little boxes and assigned roles — including queer people themselves — and I personally feel like… why chain yourself down when the world offers so much to explore?

It's like going to a Banquet, or an all - you - can - eat, and only trying food that you already know that you like, etc.

My favourite type of weather actually reflects this: I love the moment right before a storm, when the sky goes from normal to pitch black, the wind picks up, and everything feels chaotic—though the storm itself is still fun too. It kind of mirrors how I feel about identity: a mix of calm, chaos, and possibility all at once.

So I guess my question is: what kind of gender might I even be?

Are there labels I haven’t found yet that capture this shapeshifting, chaotic, protean energy?

Or is this… maybe just a vibe without a neat name?
