Do I need winter tires in March to get in/out of Tofino?

Hi everyone, I just arrived in Tofino from the lower mainlands, and I saw a sign that said winter tires required until March 31st. I have all weather tires and my car has a snow function, but I wasn’t aware that it might snow around Port Alberni/Coombs. Would I be okay with all weather tires?
