When writing about doctors. How do you write a situation where your characters are dealing with a 'Dr. Google' or almond mom situation?

I personally will flat out say, IRL to these people "Why the fuck are you listening to some white bitch on Facebook who's trying to sell you a pyramid scheme, instead of listening to the doctor who I can guarantee has far more braincells inside their head compared to you?" I'm flat out mean and a bitch to these people because I can not stand extreme pseudo science medicine believers. I don't think **all pseudo science is bad. Hell, when I have a migraine and nothing else works I get in a hot bath and 'sweat it out'. That still counts as pseudo science in a way, but I'm using it for a minor issue that modern medicine can't bring immediate relief to. Lavender and a hot bath can't restart a kid's heart after he's been flatlining for two minutes. I suffered from Kidney and bladder issues due to a birth defect almost my entire life, and believe me I do have trauma from some medical procedures. But I can also guarantee that I would have died at age 7 if my Nana didn't do all she could to find a doctor who could understand what was wrong with me. So yes, I do have a personal chip on my shoulder with these people. I also have ADHD, a disorder many pseudo science believers act like it's a black plague diagnosis. So I have extreme difficulties being nice to these people.

But I understand that doctors can't just call a patient's mother a dumbass straight to her face (or...can you?). You have to be nice to these people if your a doctor/nurse/surgeon etc. I've been watching The Pitt and had this thought "Okay, how are real doctors supposed to handle situations like this?" I'm currently writing a story already so I can't tack on another project, but while this idea is still fresh in my mind I thought it couldn't hurt for future references.

So, what is the more professional way of telling a pseudo science believer "You are going to be the cause of your child's death if you don't pull your head out of Facebook and just fucking listen to the actual documented and proven medical facts at hand" ?
