What is it like working at Space X?

I have an interview at SpaceX, plan on working on the production side of things. For anyone who works at SpaceX (preferably production) what's it like working there? Good pay? Overtime?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Even if you don't work in production at SpaceX, I would still like to hear your opinions on SpaceX.
