Enhance Support is a joke

My case has been open for a month. Weeks go by with no updates, communication, or visible progress. The commander and knob I purchased are essentially bricks just along for the ride in my car since they no longer work and no solution or resolution has been offered.

Anybody thinking about buying these or other products should put your money away and run. They got what they wanted. The moment the transaction ended, so did any support. It was great for the three months it worked. RIP Enhance. Fix it, refund it, or you and your brand are dead to me.
