Pricing Update Discussion

We recently updated our pricing structure for Paybrain and wanted to get some feedback from people running freelance or service businesses.

We introduced a Standard plan and repositioned Premium around automation tools.

Standard

• 3.2% + $0.30 per transaction

• basic invoicing and payment collection

Premium

• 4.2% + $0.40 per transaction

• automated file delivery after payment

• tools for creators delivering digital products

• AI automation features for handling common workflows

A lot of the users on Premium right now are:

• photographers delivering galleries

• videographers sending final edits

• consultants delivering reports

• creators selling digital downloads

The idea is that Standard handles payments, while Premium handles automation around the payment (file delivery, workflows, etc).

Curious how people here handle this today.

Do you prefer:

A) cheaper payment processing

B) paying slightly more if it automates delivery and workflows

What tools are you currently using to handle payment + file delivery?
