am i in danger of gasteroparesis or thyroid disorders?

i feel hungry & even have cravings for specific foods, but my throat and stomach make me feel like food will be rejected. See my previous post, where I was having some sort of acid reflux globulous sensation in my throat. I had some old omeprazole that i started taking and I feel somewhat better on that front, less phlegm and less knots in my stomach. but still feeling like there's something enlarged in my throat and a knotty stomach that will push food back up, if i eat too much. ironically, i have more cravings this week? so I've been eating more frequently, even if I can't tolerate much at a time.

i was so excited this was working. I have long covid, so the benefits to inflammation and finally losing weight instead of gaining felt like a godsend. I'm on shot 7, and this past week, with the new symptoms, I've put on 3/4 pounds of the 6 pounds i lost.

do I have gasteroparesis? the beginnigns of a thyroid disorders here? Or is this all normal?

I've had variations of both before, so I'm loathe to trigger both.

I'm at 2.5 mg shots.
