Am I Overthinking Eye Contact or Is It Actually Complicated

hello chabeb , i'm having this wierd phase of not knowing where to look when talking to someone , so my questions are , when you make eye contact , do you keep contact with one eye then look away , than return , or do you alter contact between the two eyes before looking away . And is it normal to look a someone's mouth when he or she's talking ... thanks chabeb
