Got an OA but I didn't enroll in school

I was accepted to a MS in cs program for fall 2025 but didn't enroll in classes, I accepted the offer it but just never enrolled. My plan was to use the student title to apply for internships so as soon as I got the acceptance letter I started applying for internships but never got anything until recently I got an OA offer which isn't much to go off of but was wondering if I should take it and if it will effect my "cooldown" this is for one of the fanngs. What the best way forward?
