Need help picking wheel and tire sized for my 2015 WRX with stock suspension

I'm looking at getting new wheels for my 2015 WRX and I'm deciding between 18x9.5 +35 and 18x9.5 +38. I'm also unsure what tire size I should run.

The wheels I'm considering are AVID1 AV42 (18x9.5 +35) or AVID1 AV6 (18x9.5 +38). But am leaning towards the AV42.

I'm currently on stock suspension and I don't want to roll my fenders, but I do want to reduce the wheel gap a little and get a more flush look.

What tire size would you recommend for either setup? Any advice or pictures of similar setups would help a lot.
