Is my motherboard bad?

So, me being stupid forgot to unplug the pc when I took the ssd out of my pc. It stopped showing up on my moniter. I took my GPU out and it started to show the management Engine. I tried to do a Bios Rollback and now it keeps going into the update and then my pc turns off, then turns back on and does the update and turns off agains, and so on. I cant get into the start up menu or bios. So im guessing I need a new Board
