Post laproscopy 11 days

Hi

I just had my laproscopy 11 days ago. I was feeling okay slight twinge every so often and was starting to walk and do more stuff from about day 6/7 - 9 Mark while still resting. But now today and yesterday feel worse a band of pain across pelvic region and feeling completely wiped? Is this normal?

First laproscopy so don't know any better. Supposed to be working on Monday and I'm unsure if I'm going to be ready 🙃

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
