Is there some top players with list completions? Please answer me

Is it possible to go from beating top 800 demons in a week to top 50 in the same time (or what level of skill would i need to reach to verify my skillset + pattern-buffed top 1 in about 200 hours of playtime) within a year if i do everything right - proper practice, 3 hours of daily playtime in average, good sleep and playing before bed?
