Sulphur smell mystery

My rental unit has three sinks and two showers. Tenant complains of sulfur smell coming out of the master bedroom sink but none of the other fixtures. Could it be an anode rod? One plumber suggested it might be the drain but she says it's the water when she fills up a cups away from the sink it still smells. I've asked three other plumbers and they have no idea.
