Is there any way to disable an item? Stuck in a loop

I'm trying to fight the Convoy in Shard 8. I have way too many heal/regen and boost items. The boss would be really easy but i'm going at 200 m/s. And i happen to have the item that rewinds time when i take damage

The problem is that i'm too fast and can't manouver the inside without damage. And also so many cooldown items it's basically zero, all my items activating all the time.

Should i just drop the run? Feels bad when it would be so easy
