Is my UNAS 4 bad?
I think I got a bad UNAS 4. I'm setting up my UNAS 4 and it isn't reading my HDDs and showing Failed. I've subsequently tested the HDDs individually and they work fine on Windows. Also, I've seen other screen captures showing other people's dashboards with empty drives as No Drive Detected. The interesting part is that the capture above has no drives in it other than the NVMEs and it's still showing Failed. I've also factory reset and it still shows the same results as above with original . I'm thinking this unit is gonna be a RMA request. Any thoughts on either confirming my assumption that it's a bad unit or other things to do?
