Save files are gone, any way to transfer my cloud saved data to the game

As the title says, I was playing the game all day today and all of a sudden when I went to make a save, my save data was said to be corrupted and it would delete my save data, even my auto save got deleted without me touching it. Anyone know how I can transfer my cloud saves to the game?
