BOWP and SOWP for study permit dependent applicant

Husband (PR Main Applicant) has AOR. Currently on SOWP expires MAR 2028—is he BOWP eligible?

since I'm on Study Permit—can I quit studies & apply for WP now(along with his BOWP) ? What docs needed? Do I need to inform ircc what's the process
