I'm really confused 🫠

So uh..I never really made a post like this on reddit before but I really wanna find an answer.

I have two questions:

One. I recently had pneumothorax preformed on me around Sunday and got the tube taken out on Wednesday... ive been home for about two and a half days since then and have experienced constipation and loss of appetite since I got home..I do eat but only certain things (late thing I had was waffles and an egg this morning)

So..what exactly could help me with get some bowel movement and my appetite back?

The second question is really more important.

Ive had weird loss's of appeite for about a year and a half now. Somedays are better than others but those days always end up with naseousness and burping (which usually takes away that bloated feeling after a while) and then Im fine the next day

But its been really annoying and ive been trying to make sure I eat atleast 2 meals or 4 small meals every day. I'm losing alot of weight..I need some help! What would you guys reccomend?
