Does Anyone Mod That Wants To Help Me Out?

To be for real, I cannot be bothered to grind to level 100 on this new account on PC (since you can't use console character on PC for some reason), nor do I have the time.

A lot of fun is taken out of the game when you cant buy anything cuz its all locked by rank. I just wanna customize my vehicles 😩, a million dollars i cant do nothing with.

Anyone got mods that are willing to give me some levels lmao?
