Where to complain about bus drivers

Especially talking about the 331, I’m not sure what’s happening past few weeks but the bus drivers seem to not know their job. Today I almost missed the last go bus 8:05pm because I took the 331 to the school and instead of turning left to go to the stop by McDonald’s, it turns right as if going on the highway. Mind you it’s dark outside so I can’t really see but I was confused why we were turning right and something felt off, I check my map and sure enough we are by the highway. He realized his mistake so attempted for a good few minutes to do a U turn at a traffic light even tho he clearly could not fit because it was the long bus, but he kept trying and trying backing up and moving forward, backing up again. He ends up doing the 324 route basically and skipping the stops. I’m crying at this point because I had work early the next day and really can’t afford to miss this shift (if anyone asks I couldn’t take the earlier go bus because of my classes) also I just wanted to go HOME!! I’m crying so bad thinking I won’t make it because all the stop signs. It’s not until we are very close I decide to stand by the door so I can get out quickly that I hear the driver say “I asked 4 times if anyone was going to the school” well i was busy crying and didn’t hear a thing and me and the 2 other people on board also didn’t hear anything but I just took a run for it and thankfully made the go bus, this other girl was on the 331 also made it.

But this was so unacceptable and I’m honestly furious! I’m not even sure how this mistake happens as no bus ever turns right there, I also know a few days ago a similar situation happened wheee the 331 did the wrong route and never went down where the lofts are
