I’ll never be happy in my body
I always suffered with my body and how it appears. I have always been on the skinny side since I was a child. But of course in my 20s I got older and my body changed. For a while I was in the 120 range but then that started to drive me crazy. I’m so toxic that I would weigh myself every morning and every night. I know body weight can change throughout the day. Now I seem to be in the 123-126 range and that slight change of body weight makes me very insecure. It makes me think if I gained significant weight from 120? I don’t feel like I gained weight and my clothes don’t feel tight. I know from looking it up on Google the BMI considers me to be overweight. What is making me panic is that for the past two mornings I saw 128 on the dreaded scale. I’m really nervous after seeing that number and I’m worried if I really did gain weight? Last week my weight was 125-126. I guess that’s what happens when you weigh yourself constantly. I have been doing additional walking for exercise because the weather is now getting warmer and I can get my usual mile walk in. This is all getting to my head and I hate that the BMI claims that I’m overweight for someone of my height.
