Peeling Feet 17M

My son (17, 6’1”, non smoker, on accutane) has horribly peeling feet. This is what it currently looks like. They looked similar at the end of the summer, but it cleared up. He has no other medical issues. Important facts: He works part time at a bakery cleaning and baking. His sneakers are wet when he gets home. He has shoulder surgery in the fall and recently went back to work and the peeling is back. Is this fungal? Is it only from the wet shoes?
