21M I want to vent, I’m having girl problems and I need women’s advice please 😭

So as I said I’m having girl problems. This is a bit strange, but I’ve been talking to this girl online for like a week. We swapped selfies and she said I’m cute and handsome and a dream guy (no girl has EVER said that about me) and I told her that she’s cute and very beautiful.

So after that we started talking more and I would flirt with her a bunch, calling her a cutie and saying I want to marry her one day, which was half joking kinda half serious maybe? Anyway, we started talking about our feelings and I had told her that I love her as a friend, but that could change in the future. We’ve only been talking for about a week at this point so obviously I can’t have super strong feelings for her.

She told me that she has feeling for me and wanted me to “man up and ask her to be my girlfriend”, but I told her that it’s too early for that and I need time to process my feelings. So ig she got upset that I didn’t feel the same about her and she thinks I don’t like her bc she’s poor (which is totally not true AT ALL). So now she doesn’t want to talk and idk what to do.

Please women I need your help on what I should do about this, guys too if you have a lot of experience with stuff like this.
