Can't stick to a character

I have tried maining atleast half the roster at this point, most of my playtime being on Ridley but I dont feel like theres enough to learn on him. I keep finding myself cycling on random and feeling frustrated or bored with all characters even though I love the game? I do want a character that needs somewhat high fundamental skill and doesnt have to rely on mechanical skill too much, as I currently feel like my fundies arent actually that good. I also prefer not having to go too deep into complicated combo routes, I like mixups and reads. Currently leaning into ROB sort of? Does anyone have any recommendations on who I should give a chance next
