ER or wait?

Hey all! I (30f) noticed blood in my urine about 2 hours ago.

There was a sharpness when I was going to the restroom. I thought it might be my period, but I went again about half an hour ago and even with a tampon, there was blood, so I realized it is indeed blood in my urine and not just my period. I feel fine - have no other symptoms. TMI but could it be from sexual activity maybe 2 days ago? Nothing usually goes ~inside~ but was experimenting lmaooo.

Is it bad if I wait a day or so?

Side question - how to find out if MediCal would cover the er/urgent care appt?
