I'm relocating for work and my room at Thomas Court (470 N Thomas Street) in Ballston will be available from April/May through late-August, lines up perfectly with summer internship timelines. 

It's a private bedroom with its own attached bathroom in a 3-bed/3-bath apartment. You'd be sharing with two great roommates who are clean, respectful, and easy to live with. 

Rent: $1,395/month + split utilities (competitive for a private bed/bath in Ballston)

Location: 

- ~10 min walk to Ballston-MU Metro (Orange/Silver lines), easy commute to Rosslyn, downtown DC, and Tysons 

- ~2 min walk to Ballston Quarter 

- ~3 min walk to Harris Teeter 

Dates: Move-in is flexible in April or May. Sublease runs through late-August. If you only need May - August, that works too.
