Girl giving me two complete diff signals

So basically, irl (in school) she’s being hella flirty, like letting me feel her hair, letting me use her lip balm, subtly touching me all the time and like touching elbows, she drew a heart in my book once, and like she’s ALWAYS staring when I’m not looking and like she looks around and willl glance at me multiple times in a minute to see if I’m looking. The only problem is when I call she says stuff like ‘I can’t believe people think we’re dating’ ‘does your friend know we are just friends’ and stuff like that. Also she said ‘If I get a boyfriend I won’t abandon you dw’. In the same calls she’ll say stuff like ‘life would be so peak if I had a boyfriend. She also compliments me and says things like ‘you’re not fat’ when I say I am, she laughs at all my jokes, sends me vids all the time, she texts first, I’m the first to tell whenever she has something happen and she’s also told her parents about me. Another thing she did on call was out of the blue say ‘you know (my name) I consider you one of my best friends’ and she keeps begging to hangout. She said once that ‘if I’m single at 25 would you promise to get with me’ which I found strange and fantasy like. She also just now said if she could call for some ‘white noise’ which means me just talking while she goes to sleep. She fell asleep on the call. She also asked what my room looks like and got me to like show her from the angle of my door, she asked ‘what do you do when people come to your house for the first time’ as well.

What do you reckon she’s really mixing signals
