Side project: A tool to compare Bangalore rentals side-by-side (Homes + PGs) and check commute times

Hey everyone, house hunting in Bangalore is basically a part-time job now. I got tired of having 20 tabs open for NoBroker, Nestaway, and various PG apps, so I built an aggregator called CasaSetu (casasetu.com).

Key features: * Aggregates ~84k listings from NoBroker, Nestaway, Stanza, FF21, and 6+ others. * Filter by travel time to your specific office address (Bike/Car/Metro). * View locality-wise rent analytics (price per sqft trends).

I'm one of the people building this. It's free and I'd love to get some feedback on what else would make your rental search less painful!
