Review Question

I had my first ever review with Lowe’s today and they “didn’t know” what my raise amount was. It was a positive experience overall. He said that he could see certain people’s raise amounts and others he couldn’t.

Also, it says (at the top) how long that I have worked there and it is not accurate. Says .22 years but it’s been 6 months (.50 yrs). Were the “scripted” parts of the review done at a much earlier date like 3 months ago and the manager comments were done more recently?
