Anyone else having shit fucking hit rendering after this last update?

It’s pretty fucking annoying now to be throwing a tactical and have it go off right beside these guys and have it do nothing, Kinda hard to keep up with S tiers and when all your non lethal is fucking non existent, sorry for “bad words” but I’ve been at shit for over 4 hours now and I’ve noticed the rendering is shit
