Is this normal for 7 weeks old baby??

Hello! My LO turned 7 weeks yesterday. Maybe I’m worrying too much, but I wanted to see if anyone else’s baby was similar.

She doesn’t really make eye contact yet. She will stare at the ceiling fan (even when it’s not moving) and lights for a long time, but only looks at our eyes for a short moment. If I interrupt her while she’s staring at the light or fan, she gets frustrated and cries.

She also hasn’t started social smiling yet and generally doesn’t show many facial expressions. Most of the time she just looks very serious or blank.

She’s also a big baby with a large head circumference, which makes me worry a little more.

This is our third baby but the first one in 10 years, so everything feels new again. I feel like my older two started social smiling earlier..
