Black spot deases

One of my sea monkeys, and the one of my tanks have black spot disease I wanna isolate them so they can get better, but I don’t have another tank with the sea monkey water purifier. What is in that water purifier packet that I could buy alone? Also, any tips on getting rid of black spots? I’m really freaking out.
