Maybe it’s not hard… maybe it’s just new.
Lately I’ve been trying to remind myself of something simple: sometimes the reason something feels difficult isn’t because I can’t do it, it’s just because I’m not used to it yet.
Starting new things always makes me feel a little stupid at first. Whether it's learning a skill, changing a routine, or even talking to new people.
I catch myself thinking “why is this so hard?” when the real answer is probably just that it’s unfamiliar.
I guess everything that feels natural now was once awkward at the beginning.
Do you ever remind yourself that something isn’t actually hard… it’s just new? Or do you usually push through the uncomfortable part until it finally clicks?
